Guest Posts

For a limited time, we're waiving the editorial fee on all guest articles contributed to us which will be posted to our blog platform free of charge. To make it easier for third-party companies to contribute to our blog, we've restructured our guest post guidelines as follows:

  1. The guest article must be related to the topics discussed on the webtrafficexchange.com website and must be of good quality. We cover the World Wide Web, Internet marketing, SEO, and other technology niches.
  2. The desired article length is over 1,000 words, however, we do not impose a hard limit on the length as long as the article is determined to have good value to our audiences.
  3. The article must be detailed, unique, and not published elsewhere on the web.
  4. We do not post articles that heavily "advertise" a specific brand, product, or service and hence do not indicate "sponsorship" in the article. We also do not post content that is local to a specific location. All guest post articles submitted are subject to approval, and we have the right to either reject or modify the original content to meet our high standards.
  5. You must get approval on the topic you're writing about before sending us an article. Send us a few topic ideas, and we'll let you know if the topic fits our niche. We may already have articles on the topics you plan to write, so it is important to let us know ahead of time.
  6. We allow up to 1 external outbound link to websites relating to topics we discuss on webtrafficexchange.com. Links to a spammy website, or sites determined to be harmful to our search engine ranking will not be allowed. We also DO NOT link to sites relating to Casinos, Essay, Writing, Sports betting, Gambling, CBD, Dating, or any other sites intrusive to our audiences. The outbound link will be contained within the body of the article. The link must be related to the article in order to be placed within the body, otherwise, the link will have to be placed in the Author's Bio.
  7. The outbound links cannot be shortened URLs, naked URLs, vanity URLs, or affiliate links. We also do not allow money anchors such as text containing "buy", "hire", "cheap", and etc. Money-anchored, shortened, naked, vanity, or affiliated links will not be honored even if the article is sponsored.
  8. A link insertion into an existing article may not always be allowed so you will need to provide us with the article URL and destination URL, and we'll let you know whether link insertion will be allowed. If allowed, sponsorship is needed to add a link to an existing article.
  9. We require the Author's Bio for all articles contributed by guest authors. Please also send us the author's profile photo to be added to the Bio.
  10. The outbound link will stay indefinitely unless (1) we determine the link is harmful to our search ranking, (2) the landing website may have changed its original content, or (3) there is a conflict between the affiliate program we may opt-in in the future. In the event we decide to remove the link, we'll let the author know of such a decision. If the author is no longer reachable via the email provided, we'll remove or modify the link to suit our requirements.
  11. Once we post the article on our website, we own the content and we have the right to edit or modify the content to suit our ongoing needs. As an author, you may link to the guest post however you desire but published content will be owned by us to allow us to modify it when it becomes outdated.
  12. Please send us the desired Title and Meta Description tags along with a properly formatted article.

If you have any questions relating to our guest post policy, please inquire by submitting a Contact Us form or sending us an email at admin@iplocation.net. Thank you very much for your interest.

Best Regards,
Web Traffic Exchange
